  • Will my office furniture be flat packed?

    Certain items will arrive flat-packed as standard. However, for an added fee, we offer assembly services with packaging removal for all items.

  • How long will my order take?

    Delivery times vary depending on your order. Personalised items like embroidered workwear may take an few extra days, while most items typically arrive within two working days.

  • Can I get branded workwear?

    Absolutely, Approach iQ specializes in branded workwear. Depending on your chosen package, we can manage staff allocations by department and quantity to suit your needs.

  • Can I choose an express delivery service?

    Due to the nature of our products, we provide delivery timescales on a per-product basis. Certain items offer express shipping options, while office supplies typically arrive the next working day.

  • Will all of my items arrive together?

    No, as goods come from multiple suppliers and are directly dispatched, various items may arrive at different times. However, you can track the status of your order in your dashboard.

  • I need support?

    We have an online live chat during office hours. We also have a support desk for looking at requests out of office hours and during busy periods. If you raise a support ticket, we aim to come back to you within 24 hours.
